About Salt Meadow

Salt Meadow is a limited edition seascape print by British artist Claire Gill, created through digital photomontage using her own original photography.

There is something deeply grounding about walking beside the sea.

Salt Meadow grew from that feeling. I wanted to capture the shifting light, coastal grasses and quiet movement that make a shoreline feel so alive.

The artwork does not represent one particular beach or coastline. Instead, I have created an imagined sense of place using fragments from my own photographs.

I work digitally, cutting, layering and rearranging photographic details until a new landscape begins to emerge. This process allows me to move beyond recording what I see and create something that sits between reality and memory.

In Salt Meadow, the curving coastline leads the eye through the image. Flowers and grasses add delicate texture, while the open space creates a feeling of calm.

The result is a contemporary seascape artwork designed to bring a quiet connection with the coast into your home.

A Limited Edition Fine Art Print

Salt Meadow is available as a small, strictly limited edition.

Each print is individually signed and numbered by Claire Gill. Once an edition is sold out, that edition will not be reproduced in the same format.

The three available sizes are:

• Small: 30 × 30 cm paper size, 19.4 × 19.4 cm image, edition of 50
• Medium: 50 × 50 cm paper size, 34 × 34 cm image, edition of 25
• Large: 61 × 62 cm paper size, 56 × 56 cm image, edition of 10

The large edition is particularly suited to creating a strong focal point in a living room, bedroom or calm, contemporary interior.
