Claire Gill Fine Art accepts returns within 30 days of posting the goods to you, the customer
INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, please email cg@clairegill.co.uk or use the contact form on this website and include the following information:
-Your name
-The title of the piece
-The date of purchase
-The purchase price
-The reason for requesting a return
ARE THE PRINTS DAMAGED?
If the prints have arrived damaged due to the postal system, please take the following photographs.
The damaged box before opening the package from different angles.
The damaged print or prints.
The postman may also take his own photos and make a note of the damage.
I will use these photographs to request a refund from the courier and send you a replacement print/prints within 5 working days of you alerting me to the damage and sending me the images.
As I am selling limited editions, I will also ask you to tear up the damaged print and send a photograph of this too. This is to ensure there are no duplicates in circulation.
HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND?
Of course I hope you love the print/prints you have chosen, but if for any reason you are unhappy with them, I am happy to accept a return within 30 days of me posting the print.
In order to qualify for a refund the print must still be wrapped in it’s print sleeve, and in the same condition as when it was sent. I cannot accept the print back if it has been removed from the see through print sleeve.
Please try to use the original packaging to return the print / prints as this will protect them form damage
I will refund the amount paid for the print within two days of recieving the returned item.
Shipping costs incurred in returning the prints/ prints are non refundable.
